  8. Kansas City Chiefs or Seattle Seahawks (coin flip)
  9. Arizona Cardinals
  10. Dallas Cowboys
  11. Philadelphia Eagles
  12. New York Jets
  13. Cincinnati Bengals (from Oakland Raiders)
  14. San Diego Chargers
  15. Chicago Bears
  16. Tennessee Titans

21-32 decided after playoffs.

With the Redskins drafting 6th instead of a would-be 8th with a win over Philly, I feel a little more comfortable now. There are a few issues still with drafting at 6th. In order to get one of the two top names (RGIII or Andrew Luck), you’re still going to have to sell the farm.

I have a better option. Enter: Ryan Tannehill.

A lot of scouts are going to give him a few knock-downs because he has only started something like two years. But I think he would be great, being that we wouldn’t need to use our #6 to get him (There IS still the chance, being that Landry Jones and Barkley are headed back to college, that his stock raised so much to where he would move up to the top ten). We very easily could trade that number 6 and pick up a few picks to build around the kid. That’s just my personal opinion, but we’ll see. The kid is great on the boot, one of Kyle’s favorite things to do. He also has WAY more mobility than Rex or John.

A lot of people are also saying that if Shanny doesn’t move up and pull in RGIII then he will be out of a job. Well, if that’s your logic, apparently there will never be another quarterback other than Andrew Luck or RGIII. In EVERY draft there is that ‘best of all time’ player. The player who is hyped up so much, and rightfully so in some cases, that if he happens to be a bad fit in the NFL, the team that sold so much to get him is out of ‘Luck’.

I know the top two guys have some talent, and Shanny HAS to pull in a rookie QB this year. It just doesn’t make sense to spend all your money on shiny new wheels, if your engine doesn’t work. This team is NOT a quarterback away from contention.
